2026 Extra 10% Discount

1. This promotion is available exclusively to direct employees of Virgin Atlantic. Contractors, partners, affiliates, or third-party staff are not eligible.
2. The Virgin Atlantic employee must be the main named driver on the booking.
3. A valid Virgin Atlantic employee ID must be presented at vehicle pickup.
4. If valid proof of Virgin Atlantic employment cannot be provided at pickup, the booking will not be eligible for the discount. In this situation, the customer must either:
   • Pay the full price difference to continue with the hire, or
   • Have the hire cancelled immediately.
5. If the hire is cancelled due to failure to provide valid employee ID, no refund will be issued.
   All payments made to date will be retained by EV Camper Company.
6. The discount provides 15% off the hire cost of any EV Camper Company vehicle when eligibility requirements are met.
7. The offer applies to new bookings only and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing or amended bookings.
8. The discount is not stackable with other promotional codes, referral discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
9. All bookings are subject to availability.
10. All hires remain subject to EV Camper Company’s standard booking terms, insurance approval, cancellation policy, and date-change policy.
11. All drivers must meet EV Camper Company’s standard insurance and driver eligibility criteria.
    This offer is subject to insurer approval, but we’re happy to check this for you in advance.
12. Valid employee ID must clearly show the employee’s name and confirm current employment with Virgin Atlantic. Expired, incomplete, or digital screenshots may not be accepted.
